You can create custom labels and assign them to your content for organizational purposes. You can assign multiple labels to a given test, item, or standards publication. You can also create labels that are organized within other labels (such as Shakespeare
> Tragedies
> Hamlet
).
The filter panel beside each Homepage table includes a Labels menu with checkboxes for each label you create. You can mark each of these checkboxes to view only the content associated with that label. For more information about filtering tables, see the section Performing Searches and Filtering Content.
To label a test, item, or standards publication:
1.In the appropriate table, mark the checkbox for each test, item, or standards publication you wish to label. You can mark the checkbox in the table header to include every row on the current page.
2.Click above the table. The Label menu appears.
3.Do the following:
i.Enter a name for the label.
ii.Optional: When creating a sub-label within an existing label, mark the Create sublabel within checkbox and select the containing label from the drop-down list.
iii.Click Save.
4.Click Apply. The label tag appears next to the name of the selected content.
Note: If you add a label to a shared test, the label is not shared. It only appears on your Homepage tables.
To remove an assigned label from a test, item, or standards publication:
1.Click X in the label tag next to a test, item, or standard name in the table.
To manage your existing labels:
1.From the My Settings menu in the banner or from within the Label menu itself, select Manage Labels. The Manage Labels window appears.
2.Optional: To hide all labels on the Homepage, set the Hide all labels from view toggle to On.
3.Optional: To delete a label, click Remove next to that label's name.
4.Optional: To modify a label, click Edit next to that label's name. The Edit Label window appears:
5.Click Save.
