Appendix B: User Support

For additional information and assistance in using the ORS, please contact the AzM2 Help Desk.

The Help Desk is open Monday–Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time (except holidays or as otherwise indicated on the AzM2 portal).

Please provide the help desk with a detailed explanation of your question, as well as the following:

  • If your question pertains to a student, the SAISID and associated district or school for that student. Do not provide the student's name.
  • If your question pertains to a user, the user's full name and email address.
  • Any error messages that appeared.
  • Operating system and browser information, including version numbers (e.g., Windows 10 and Firefox 60 or Mac OS 10.14 and Safari 11).
