Understanding the Student Listing Report

The Student Listing Report page provides information about each student’s overall scale score and achievement level on the selected test. Depending on the type of report you have generated, the report may also include information about a student's performance on claims, reporting categories, or blocks.

The report displays the average scale scores of parent entitiesParent entities include the state, district, school, and/or teacher to which an entity belongs.. for comparison purposes.

Table 13: Student Listing Subject Detail Columns for Smarter Balanced Summative and ICAs

Column	Description
Name	The name of the student.
SSID	The student’s unique identifier.
Opportunities Taken	The number of opportunities taken by a student for the selected assessment. This column is only displayed for assessments that allow more than one opportunity.
Scale Score	The student’s scale score and standard error of the mean.
Achievement Level	The achievement level associated with the student’s score.

Column	Description
Name	The name of the student.
SSID	The student’s unique identifier.
Scale Score	The student’s scale score and standard error of the mean.
Achievement Level	The achievement level associated with the student’s score.
[Claim Name] Achievement Categorya	The student's achievement category classification for each claim. The legend on the top of the report indicates what the achievement category symbol represents.

SSID	The student’s unique identifier.
Opportunities Taken	The number of opportunities where the student submitted at least one block.
Number of Blocks Tested	The number of blocks the student completed on the most recent test opportunity.
Number of Blocks Above Standard	Number of blocks where the student scored above standard on the most recent test opportunity

Column	Description
Name	The name of the student.
SSID	The student’s unique identifier.
Opportunities Taken	The number of opportunities where the student submitted at least one block.
