My Students' Performance on Test Report: Performance by Roster Table

The Performance by Roster table of the My Students' Performance on Test report displays a row of data for each roster in which your students completed the given assessment.

If a student does not belong to any rosters, their test data will appear in a row for (Students Not in Any Roster).

To access the Performance by Roster table of the My Students' Performance on Test report:

On the Performance on Tests report for teachers, click an assessment name.

Table 4 describes the columns in the Performance by Roster table. The columns vary depending on the test.

Column	Description
Roster	This column includes the following rows: State: Displays aggregate data, such as mean average scores, for all the students in the state who completed the assessment. These aggregates may be delayed depending on your state's policies, and may not be available for all tests. Corporation: Displays aggregate data, such as mean average scores, for all the students in the corporation who completed the assessment. School: Displays aggregate data, such as mean average scores, for all the students in the school who completed the assessment. My Students: Displays aggregate data, such as mean average scores, for all your students who completed the assessment. [Roster Name]: Displays aggregate data, such as mean average scores, for the students in that individual roster. To access the Roster Performance on Test report for a roster, click the roster name.
Total	Displays student performance data for the entire assessment. This column consists of multiple sub-columns, which may include the following: Student Count: Number of students who completed the assessment. Test Completion Rate: Percentage of students in the roster who completed the assessment. Average Score: Mean average assessment score. Performance Distribution: The percentage and count of students who performed at each performance level.
[Reporting Category] (multiple columns)	Displays student performance data for each reporting category. Each column consists of multiple sub-columns, which may include the following: Performance Distribution: The percentage of students who performed at each performance level for the reporting category.
