If at any time you have any questions about the Standard Setting Tool or experience any technical difficulties while using it, please contact the Help Desk.
If you are a Room Lead and you have a question for the Psychometrician users, you can click in the top-right corner to virtually raise your hand. A Psychometrician will be notified that you have a question and should contact you shortly.

Please use the following guidelines when emailing a request to the Help Desk:
- In the body of the email please provide the following details:
- The room number and table number you are assigned to, if applicable
- Your username and user role
- The item booklet in which the issue occurred, if applicable
- The item number for which the issue occurred, if applicable
- The step in the standard setting workflow in which the issue occurred
