Resetting Your Password

You can change your login password as necessary.

To change your password:

1.In the TIDE banner, from the Manage Account drop-down list, select Reset Password. A new browser window opens with the Change Password page on display.

2.In the Current Password field, enter your current password.

3.In the New Password and Confirm New Password fields, enter a new password. The password must be at least eight characters long and must include at least one lowercase alphabetic character, one uppercase alphabetic character, one number, and one special character (for example, %, #, or !). Your password cannot be the same as your current or previous password.

4.Click Save. TIDE saves your changes, and a confirmation message appears.
