Viewing Order History

You can review the order history of testing materials for your campus or district.

To review order history:

1.From the Orders task menu on the dashboard, select Order History. The View Order History page appears.

2.To view the order details, click the order number in the left column. The Order Details page appears.

3.To view the order's tracking report, click tracking report icon .

4.To view the order's packing lists, manifests, and security checklists, click shipping reports icon.

Column Description
Order Number Initial or additional order number.
Order Type Type of order.
Submitted By User who initiated the order.
Order Status Order’s current status.
Submitted Date Date order was generated.
Tracking Order’s tracking report.
Reports Order’s documentation.

Field/Column Description
Order Information
Last Modified Date Date the order was last modified.
Approved Date Date the order was approved.
District District associated with the order.
Campus Campus associated with the order.
Last Modified By Name of user who last modified the order.
Shipping Information
Test Coordinator Name of test coordinator who will receive order.
Email Email address of test coordinator.
Address Address to which order will be shipped.
Phone Number Phone number of test coordinator.
Order Quantity
Material Description Description of the materials included in the order.
Expected Shipment Quantity Quantity to be shipped from the vendor. This includes pack rounding.
Approved Quantity Quantity of the material that is approved. This includes the original quantity plus any additional quantities you ordered.
Awaiting Approval Quantity Quantities you ordered that are pending approval.
Approval Status Approval status of quantities you ordered.
