Saving an Item or Stimulus

When you are finished editing an item or stimulus in IAT, click Save Item beneath the Item Body Palette. A pop-up appears, requiring you to enter a comment and click OK. Click OK in the confirmation pop-up that appears. The browser tab or window in which you have been editing the item or stimulus closes.

You cannot save when IAT is in read-only mode.

If you close IAT without saving changes, your changes are stored in a cache until you return to the IAT page for that item or stimulus. When you return, a message appears, indicating that there is cached content. If you click OK in this message, the unsaved changes are recovered. If you click Cancel, the changes are deleted.
