Subject Detail Score Reports

The Subject Detail Score Report displays the overall performance data for your students in the selected test subject and grade level. It is the first score report that you can access from the Homepage Dashboard and provides you access to other types of score reports.

Accessing the Subject Detail Report

To navigate to a Subject Detail Report:

a.Click Exploration Menu Icon next to the entity whose Subject Detail Report you wish to view. The Exploration Menu opens (see Navigating Score Reports with the Exploration Menu).

b.From the What drop-down list, select Subject.

c.From the When drop-down list, select Current Admin.

d.Select values as necessary from the other drop-down lists, and click View. The Subject Detail Report for the selected entity opens.

Understanding the Subject Detail Report

When you access the Subject Detail Report page from the Homepage Dashboard, the Subject Detail Report displays the highest level of score aggregation available to your user role. You can then navigate to lower levels of the report or other score report types.

For example, if you are a teacher, the Subject Detail Report displays performance data for all your rosters in the selected grade and subject. You can then navigate to more detailed information about a particular roster (see Student Listing Report) or student (see Individual Student Reports).

Column Description
Name The name of the entity whose performance data is displayed.
Number of Students The number of students to date who submitted the selected test for scoring.
Average Scale Score The average score and standard error of the mean of students who completed the scaled tests.
Percent Proficient The percentage of students to date who scored level 3 or above on the selected test.
Percent in Each Achievement Level The distribution of students across each of the achievement levels.
