Understanding the Student Listing Report

The Student Listing Report page provides information about each student’s overall scale score and proficiency level on the selected test. Depending on the type of report you have generated, the report may also include information about a student's performance on reporting categories or strands.

The report displays the average scale scores of parent entitiesParent entities include the state, corporation, school, and/or teacher to which an entity belongs.. for comparison purposes.

• The information included in the Student Listing Report may vary based on the assessment, subject, and content type that you have selected.

  • Table 9 describes the Student Listing Reporting Category Detail Report columns for Indiana assessments. This report is not available for ILEARN US Government tests.

Table 8: Student Listing Subject Detail Report Columns for Indiana Assessments

Column	Description
Name	Name of the student.
STN	Student's unique identification number.
Scale Score	Student's subject scale score.
Proficiency Level	Student's subject proficiency level.
Reported Lexile Measure	A single score or score range that reflects the student’s reading ability. This column is only available for ILEARN ELA tests.
Reported Quantile Measure	A single score or score range that reflects the student’s mathematical achievement. This column is only available for ILEARN Mathematics tests.
College and Career Readiness Indicator	Indicates whether the student is on track to becoming college and career ready.

Column	Description
Name	Name of the student.
STN	Student's unique identification number.
Scale Score	Student's reporting category scale score.
Proficiency Level	Student's subject proficiency level.
College and Career Readiness Indicator	Indicates whether the student is on track to becoming college and career ready.
[Reporting Category] Achievement Category	The student's achievement category classification for the reporting category. The legend on the top of the report indicates what the achievement category symbol represents. This column is available for ILEARN ELA and Mathematics tests only.
[Reporting Category] Percent Correct	The percentage of items the student answered correctly in that reporting category. This column is available for I AM tests only.
