Understanding the Student Listing Report

The Student Listing Report page provides information about each student’s overall scale score and achievement level on the selected test. Depending on the type of report you have generated, the report may also include information about a student's performance on claims or domains.

The report displays the average scale scores of parent entities for comparison purposes.

You can navigate to a more detailed score report about a student's performance (see Individual Student Reports) from the Student Listing Report page.

The information included in the Student Listing Report may vary based on the assessment, subject, and content type that you have selected.

Column	Description
Name	The name of the student.
SSID	The student’s unique identifier.
Scale Score	The student’s scale score and standard error of the mean.
Achievement Level	The achievement level associated with the student’s score.

Table 12: Student Listing Claims Detail Report Columns for OSAS
Column	Description
Name	The name of the student.
SSID	The student’s unique identifier.
Scale Score	The student’s scale score and standard error of the mean.
Achievement Level	The achievement level associated with the student’s score.
[Claim Name] Achievement Category^a	The student's achievement category classification for each claim. The legend on the top of the report indicates what the achievement category symbol represents.
^aThe number of claim achievement category columns available varies based on the claims available for the assessment, subject, and grade.

Column	Description
Name	The name of the student.
SSID	The student’s unique identifier.
Proficiency Status	The student’s proficiency status.
Overall Scale Score	The student’s overall scale score and standard error of the mean. The ELPA Screener does not include overall scale scores.
Comprehension Scale Score	The student’s comprehension score (combined scores) for Reading and Listening and standard error of the mean. The ELPA Screener does not include comprehension scale scores.

Column	Description
Name	The name of the student.
SSID	The student’s unique identifier.
Proficiency Status	The student’s proficiency status.
Overall Scale Score	The student’s overall scale score and standard error of the mean. The ELPA Screener does not include overall scale scores.
Comprehension Scale Score	The student’s comprehension score (combined scores) for Reading and Listening and standard error of the mean. The ELPA Screener does not include comprehension scale scores.
[Domain Name] Scale Score	The student’s scale score and standard error of the mean for the domain. The ELPA Screener does not include domain scale scores.
[Domain Name] Performance Level^b	The student's performance level classification for the domain. The legend on the top of the report indicates what the performance level represents.
