Setting Student Setting on Item View

Some reports in Centralized Reporting System allow you to view the items from a student’s tests. By default, item view displays an item without any test settings the student may have used while testing (such as larger font size). However, you can set your user preference to show student test settings in item view, and your preference persists when you log out, switch systems, change your user role, or change reporting time period.

You can also use the student setting(s) switch available in the Item View window to show or hide those settings without changing your preferences.

To adjust your student visual settings display preferences:

1.From the Features & Tools menu, select Set Student Setting on Item View. The Set Student Setting on Item View window appears.

2.Select either option:

• Yes: Displays item views with students’ visual test settings applied.
• No: Hides students’ visual test settings from item views.

3.Select Save.
