Viewing Reports

This section describes the following pages and reports in Centralized Reporting:

• Dashboard Generator: This page allows you to select the test groups that will display on the Dashboard.
• Dashboard: This page displays some or all of the test groups for which assessments have been completed by the students in your jurisdiction.
• Performance on Tests Report: This report lists some or all of the assessments completed by the students in your jurisdiction.
• Assessment Reports: Each of these reports provides detailed student performance data for an individual assessment at a particular level of access.
  • Demographic Sub-Group Reports: Each of these reports can be accessed from any Assessment Report that includes multiple students. Demographic Sub-Group Reports provide data broken down by demographic sub-group, based on up to three demographic categories.
    • Demographic Combination Reports: These reports can be derived from Demographic Sub-Group Reports, and they provide data for a specific combination of sub-groups.
  • Longitudinal Reports: Each of these reports accompanies an Assessment Report and provides additional information about how students performed on related assessments. Longitudinal Reports may include data from previous school years as well as the latest year.
  • Cross-Sectional Reports: Each of these reports accompanies an Assessment Report and provides information on institution performance.
  • Item Analysis Reports: Each of these reports accompanies an Assessment Report and provides aggregate item data.
• Student Portfolio Reports: Each of these reports provides performance data for all the assessments taken by an individual student. Student Portfolio Reports can be filtered to include data from previous school years as well as the latest year.
