Valid Values

District ID*

The district associated with the user.

  • District ID as it  exists in TIDE

  • District ID must be associated with the user uploading the file

  • 3 alphanumeric characters

School ID*

The school associated with the user.

  • School ID as it exists in TIDE

  • Must be associated with the District ID

  • Must be associated with the user

  • 4 alphanumeric characters

  • Can be blank when adding district-level users

Email Address*

Email of teacher associated with the roster.

Email address of a user existing in TIDE

Roster Name*

Name of the roster.

Up to 50 characters

EDUID*

Student's Education Unique Identification.

  • Must be nine alphanumeric characters

  • Include leading zeroes if pertinent

Action*

Indicates whether this is an add, modify, or delete transaction.

  • Add—Add new user or edit existing user record.

  • Delete—Remove existing user record
