Print Student Access Cards for Students in a Roster

As a roster of students prepares to start a test, you can print all the associated student access cards.

To print student access cards for students in a roster:

1.Retrieve the rosters for which you want to print student access cards by following the procedure in the section Search for Records.

2.Click the column headings to sort the retrieved rosters in the order you want the student access cards printed.

3.Do one of the following:

• Mark the checkboxes for the rosters you want to print.
• Mark the checkbox at the top of the table to print student access cards for all retrieved rosters.

4.Click , and select Student Access Cards. A layout model appears for selecting the printed layout.

5.Verify Student Access Cards is selected in the Print Options section.

6.Click the layout you require, and select Print.
