Share Items with Other Educators

You can share any items in your personal libraries.

  1. To share items, open the Items tab and apply the appropriate filters. Then do one of the following:
    • To share an individual item, select Share from the dotted menu to the left of that item.
    • To share multiple items, select the checkbox for each item you wish to share. Then select Share above the table.
  2. If the Sharing Group dropdowns appear, select the appropriate district and campus, as necessary.
  3. In the Search for Recipients field, search for the user, workgroup, or institution you wish to share with.
  4. In the search results that appear at the bottom, select Add button for each user, workgroup, or institution you wish to add as a recipient.
  5. Select the specific permissions you’d like to give to each recipient. All recipients will be able to create copies of your shared content by default.
    • To allow a recipient to view the content, select the View checkbox.
    • To allow a recipient to make edits to the shared content, select the Edit checkbox.
    • To allow a recipient to publish tests containing the Draft item, select the Publish checkbox.
  6. Select Save. The shared content is added to the Items table for the selected recipients.
