Share Items with Other Educators
You can share any items in your personal libraries.
- To share items, open the Items tab and apply the appropriate filters. Then do one of the following:
- To share an individual item, select Share from the dotted menu to the left of that item.
- To share multiple items, select the checkbox for each item you wish to share. Then select Share above the table.
- If the Sharing Group dropdowns appear, select the appropriate district and campus, as necessary.
- In the Search for Recipients field, search for the user, workgroup, or institution you wish to share with.
- In the search results that appear at the bottom, select
for each user, workgroup, or institution you wish to add as a recipient.
- Select the specific permissions you’d like to give to each recipient. All recipients will be able to create copies of your shared content by default.
- To allow a recipient to view the content, select the View checkbox.
- To allow a recipient to make edits to the shared content, select the Edit checkbox.
- To allow a recipient to publish tests containing the Draft item, select the Publish checkbox.
- Select Save. The shared content is added to the Items table for the selected recipients.
