This guide includes the following sections:
- Navigate the Authoring Site: This section explains how to use the quick links on the Authoring Dashboard and the filters on the content tabs to find and manage items and tests.
- Build Tests to Be Administered to Students: This section explains how to create original tests. In Authoring, you can either create a test manually by selecting each item you add to the test, or you can automatically generate a test based on the standards you want it to assess.
- This section also explains how to publish tests to the Test Administrator (TA) Interface for online testing and how to generate test booklets for paper testing. This section also explains how to view scores and results.
- Work with the Items and Tests Available to You: This section explains how to perform various actions on your original tests, such as editing, copying, and labeling them.
- Share Your Content with Other Educators: This section explains how to share your tests with other educators so that they may co-author the content or use it for themselves.
- The appendices provide information about the tables in content tabs.
