Changing Role

If your account is associated with multiple institutions, you can switch between them at any time.

You can score item responses for only one campus’s test opportunities at a time. If you are associated with multiple campuses, you may change the selected campus in order to score opportunities from other campuses.

To change the institution for which you are viewing reports:

1.From the Features & Tools menu , select Change Role . The Change Role window appears.

2.From the Role drop-down list, select the desired institution (entity name).

3.Click Continue. The window closes and the Dashboard Generator for the selected institution appears.

To change the campus for which you are hand-scoring opportunities:

1.Click Change School in the top-right corner of the scoring Dashboard. The Select School page appears.

2.From the Teacher drop-down, select the campus whose student responses you wish to score.

3.Click Continue. The scoring Dashboard for the selected campus appears.
