Online Centralized Reporting User Guide

This guide provides instructions and support for users viewing test results and entering and modifying item scores in Centralized Reporting.

The guide includes the following sections:

• Overview of Centralized Reporting: Provides information about the structure of Centralized Reporting and explains which assessments and students are included in reports.
• Viewing Reports: Provides descriptions of the Dashboard Generator, the Dashboard, and the reports available in Centralized Reporting.
• Entering or Modifying Item Scores: Provides instructions for entering scores for unscored items and modifying scores for certain items.
• Working with Centralized Reporting Tables: Provides instructions for customizing report tables and viewing non-secure items, plus help accessing additional report information.
• Global Features in Centralized Reporting: Provides instructions on using global system features, such as the Secure File Center and the Features & Tools menu.
• Appendices: Provide additional information about non-scorable assessments and condition codes, as well as state-level features.

The navigation pane can be opened and closed using the Table of Contents button at the top left. You can also navigate using the previous and next arrow buttons beside it.
