Guide for Administrators
This section of the guide provides instructions for using SSAM as an Administrator.
Administrators are responsible for setting up a standard setting session. They should perform the following tasks in advance of each session:
- Upload Configuration Settings for the Standard Setting Sessions: There are various configuration settings that Administrators can upload in spreadsheet form, such as settings that determine which materials will be reviewed and which steps will be involved in a standard setting session.
- Assign Users to Rooms and Tables:
Administrators should assign the Panelists who will be reviewing booklets to a specific room and table.
- Reload or Log Out Users: Administrators can also log out users from the application or manually refresh their screens to ensure they are set to the right step.
- Initialize Rooms That Are Ready to Start: Once the system is configured and the users have been assigned to their rooms, Administrators can initialize the rooms that are ready to begin the standard setting process.
- Process Item Imports: Administrators can reprocess item imports to ensure that the booklet in a standard setting session is displaying the item content, exemplars, and rubrics without issue.
