Printing
You can export or print any of the data you can view in CRS.
To export or print a report:
1.Click the print button in the Features & Tools menu
or, in a Longitudinal Report window, in the upper-right corner. If there are multiple report tables on the page, multiple print buttons appear.
A print preview page opens.
- To zoom in on the print preview, use the drop-down list in the Zoom Level (Display only) section. This setting affects the preview only.
2.For aggregate reports that contain data on individual assessment items, the Report Options section appears on the left. For Student Performance on Test reports, this section is not shown, as printouts of those reports always include item data if available. Select one of the following print options:
- Summary Only: If you select this option, the printed report does not include data for the individual assessment items.
- Summary and Item Scores: If you select this option, the printed report includes data for the individual assessment items.
3.To print the report, select Print. To download it, select Save to PDF, Save to Excel (.xlsx), or Save to CSV (comma-separated values).
- Optional: If a printout or PDF is for a particular student, you can mark the Include Items and Responses (takes extra time) checkbox. The resulting report includes the actual items and the student’s responses.
- If you selected Save to PDF, choose an option from the Page Layout drop-down list that appears.
4.Click Confirm.
All PDF, CSV, and Excel reports you generate are stored in the Inbox available in the banner.
To export reports directly from the Performance on Tests report, refer to Exporting Reports from the Performance on Tests Report.
